FREE delivery on orders over £75

£5.95 delivery on orders under £75

£19.95 delivery for orders to Ireland


Standard Delivery Times
Orders are usually dispatched the next working day and should arrive within 3 workings days. Delays may be possible due to factors beyond our control.

Deliveries are Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays).
Please allow up to 10 days for delivery to Northern Ireland/Ireland

SMS Delivery Confirmation
Telephone numbers are only used for delivery confirmation or order queries and will never be used for marketing or sold to third parties.

Safe Place
If you'd like your order leaving in a parcel box or your shed, porch or behind a gate just add a note on your order and we'll take care of that for you.
Please note, orders are shipped in cardboard cartons which may not provide adequate protection from adverse weather conditions.

 

Can I change my delivery address?
We are able to update your address until the point it is collected from us by our courier. Due to the fast turnaround of orders it is important that you contact us as soon as possible should you wish to make any changes.
Please email web@lightingandinteriors.co.uk quoting your order number and any updates you wish to make.

What happens if I'm not in when my delivery arrives?
If you know you will not be available on a certain date please add this to the notes section when placing your order. If delivery to an alternative address is more convenient just enter this at the time of ordering.

If you miss your delivery, a card will be left with instructions on how you can re-arrange. Delivery is attempted up to a maximum of 3 times before the parcel is returned to the sender for a full refund.

Some couriers are now also using Pick Up Points for missed deliveries. Should this happen, your order will be left at a local address (usually a convenience store etc). The parcel will be held awaiting pick up for a period of 2 weeks. Uncollected parcels are returned to the sender for a full refund. We cannot arrange re-delivery of any order that has been sent to a Pick Up Point.
